Widows say Oklahoma City failed to clear Wiley Post Airport of birds

The widows of two pilots are accusing Oklahoma City in a lawsuit of failing to take steps to make Wiley Post Airport safer from the danger of bird strikes.

The pilots, Tim Hartman of Yukon and Rickie Sandoval of Weatherford, were flying a twin-engine Cessna Citation jet that crashed just after takeoff March 4, 2008.
