Wild dogs removed from Luther caretaker after several dogs attacked neighbors

LUTHER — Animal rescue groups removed dozens of wild dogs from the property of a Luther man after several of the dogs cornered a mother and her 8-year-old son in their garage and killed the family's two dogs.
