Will Sam Bradford become a $50 million man?

Sam Bradford is about to become a rich man.

According to several reports, his contract with the St. Louis Rams is expected to pay him an average of $13 million a season with roughly $50 million in guaranteed money.

Two years ago, the Atlanta Falcons’ Matt Ryan, taken with the third overall pick, received $34 million in guaranteed money on a deal that averages $11 million a season.

Matthew Stafford, who was drafted No. 1 last year by the Detroit Lions, received $42 million in guaranteed money on his deal, which averages $12 million a season.
