Win-win: Schools project may help other districts
It’s the bad news that has Tulsa Public Schools on the verge of some really good news that could eventually benefit other state school districts.
The district is one of 10 finalists for a $17 million grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation . The grant’s focus is to improve teacher quality and effectiveness.
