Sonic changes its french fries

Sonic Drive-in has revamped its fries, and is now serving the new natural cut, skin-on fries at all locations nationwide. The Oklahoma City-based restaurant chain says it spent months researching consumer opinions on the fries and the final product scored high on taste, quality, crispness and texture. “Fries are a staple at any quick service restaurant, so we have worked to create a natural-cut, skin-on fry that delivers lots of flavor while maintaining the crispy but fluffy texture our customers desire,” said Claes Petersson, Sonic’s vice president of product innovation.
