NORMAN — Robert Fink has been named general manager of the Norman Marriott Residence Inn . Fink will oversee all hotel operations, sales and administration. Fink attended the University of Oklahoma and is a certified hotel administrator and hospitality sales professional from the American Hotel & Motel Association/Educational Institute.
