Woman arrested after allegedly found in car passed out with children inside

An Owasso woman was arrested early Thursday after police reportedly found her passed out in a vehicle with two small child inside.

An Owasso woman was arrested early Thursday after police reportedly found her passed out in a vehicle with two small child inside. 

Chancy Elizabeth Mullins, 22, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on child endangerment complaints, jail records show. 

Police were called to a shopping center parking lot in the 12000 block of East 96th Street North about 11:20 p.m. Wednesday after someone saw Mullins slumped over in a 2005 Chevrolet Blazer, according to an arrest report.
