A woman was arrested on a homicide complaint and denied bail after a man found lying in the street died Sunday, police say.

Police found Delgado Jose Uriel Ontiveros, 25, of Oklahoma City, about 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the street at SW 30 and Klein Avenue.

A short while later, they arrested Maria Rodriguez, 26, at 1509 SW 31.

She was taken to police headquarters where she was interviewed and then booked into the Oklahoma County jail.

Witnesses told police Rodriguez and Ontiveros were arguing when Rodriquez drove away, dragging Ontiveros and running over him before fleeing.

Police said Ontiveros was taken to OU Medical Center where he died.
