A woman was arrested Wednesday on complaints of accessory to murder in connection with the shooting deaths of two people at a Best Buy last week.
Shania Mikel Craven, 30, was arrested after officers stopped a car Wednesday that matched the description of the one seen when the shooter arrived at the store Saturday afternoon.
Police believe that Scott Dewayne Norman, 34, was targeted in the shooting, which they say was gang-related and might have been in retaliation for previous homicides.
