Woman found dead at Turner Turnpike rest stop may be suicide victim
CHANDLER — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the body of a woman found at a Turner Turnpike rest stop Monday as a possible suicide victim from Michigan .
The woman was identified as Alicia Jean Orihel, 23, of Farmington , Mich., according to Captain Christ West.
Preliminary autopsy revealed that she died after hanging herself in a tree at the rest stop, West said.
