Police are searching for a possible rapist after a woman said she was assaulted by a man who approached her outside an Oklahoma City bar.

The woman told police she was with friends Saturday night at Sooner Corral, 10300 S Sooner Road. She went outside to take a phone call and was approached by a man who asked if she was OK, according to a police report released Wednesday.

The victim told police the next thing she remembered was waking up about 3 a.m. in the grass near SE 104 and Sooner Road half naked and in pain.

She called her mother, who took her to Norman Regional Hospital, according to the report.

Police reported she was visibly shaken and was often incoherent, behavior they thought resulted from trauma suffered from an assault and not from intoxication. The woman was taken to Integris Southwest Medical Center for a rape evaluation.

She described the suspect as an attractive white male with dark hair, a full beard and a thin mustache. She estimated he was about 5 feet 5 inches tall.
