Work continues to build sheriff’s substation at Oklahoma City Zoo

Office remodeling is under way for a new Oklahoma County sheriff’s substation at the Oklahoma City Zoo.

The Oklahoma City Zoo Trust met Wednesday and authorized an agreement with the sheriff’s department Wednesday that will provide office space and utilities for the substation. The sheriff’s department will provide two full-time officers, who will help zoo staff and conduct normal law enforcement business from their office at the zoo.
