Workers' comp fraud charged against Sapulpa woman

A Sapulpa woman has been charged with workers' compensation fraud on allegations she faked a job-related injury by bulldozing into a cleaning cart.

The charge, filed Tuesday by the state attorney general's office in Oklahoma County District Court, states Pamela Gosney , 51, filed a claim with the Workers' Compensation Court on May 24, 2010, for injuries she claimed she received while working.
