Brazil's sports tribunal says Juninho broke the rules by going to the locker room before undergoing the test after Vasco da Gama's match against Ponte Preta on Sept. 23.

The tribunal says the 37-year-old Juninho can receive a warning or be suspended for up to two years if found guilty.

The ruling will take place on Friday.

Juninho played for Brazil at the 2006 World Cup in Germany, where the team was eliminated by France in the quarterfinals.
