New York Post writer Phil Mushnick took offense with former University of Oklahoma running back Adrian Peterson playing Sunday for the Minnesota Vikings so soon after the death of his 2-year-old son.
Mushnick dives into the issue of glorifying flawed athletes, comparing Peterson's media deification to that of Tiger Woods and Lance Armstrong.
His point? Peterson's son's death doesn't make him a great person.
