MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia University is ready to hire a men's golf coach.

The university posted the opening Friday on the NCAA's jobs website.

Men's golf was a varsity sport at WVU from 1933 to 1982.

Last July, athletic director Oliver Luck announced the return of the men's golf program in fall 2015. WVU will have six men's sports and 10 women's sports sponsored by the Big 12 Conference.
