CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen says two of his three quarterbacks have nagging injuries and he's not sure who his starter will be at No. 17 Baylor.
Clint Trickett got knocked around last week against No. 21 Oklahoma State and has a sore throwing arm. Trickett left the game for one play but returned to finish out the 30-21 win.
Ford Childress started the two previous games but sat out last week with a torn chest muscle.
Paul Millard started the first two games and Holgorsen says he was the only quarterback at full health when practice resumed Sunday.
Holgorsen says he'll monitor the quarterbacks in practice this week before naming a starter for Saturday night's game between the Mountaineers (3-2, 1-0 Big 12) and Baylor (3-0, 0-0).
