Kenny Young knows nothing worth having comes easy.

Those are the lessons he learned growing up in southwestern Oklahoma and working under Oklahoma Hall of Fame coaches. Those are the lessons he teaches the Bishop McGuinness football team as it goes for its third consecutive Class 4A gold ball Saturday against Glenpool in Broken Arrow.
