Airport spokeswoman Karen Carney said the airport reopened early Wednesday morning and that a charter plane landed about 1 a.m. She says a Frontier flight to Denver was the first flight to depart when it left about 10:20 a.m. She said no commercial arrivals are expected until after noon.

All flights to and from Tulsa International Airport for Wednesday morning are cancelled. Spokeswoman Alexis Higgins said it's hoped that flights can resume by noon or shortly thereafter Wednesday.
