The attorney for convicted husband killer Brenda Andrew was charged Friday with raping and sodomizing a 15-year-old girl.

Prosecutors allege George Joseph Miskovsky III, 42, of Oklahoma City paid for sex with the girl and gave her alcohol.

A report by Oklahoma City police Sgt. Ben Lacaze says Miskovsky rented a room with a hot tub at The Best Western Broadway Inn & Suites, 6101 N Santa Fe Ave., on April 22. The girl's relative, Lorie Michelle Toney, drove her to meet Miskovsky at the room the following night where the attorney offered the girl whiskey and wine before paying $150 for sex, according to the report.

The report states Miskovsky paid $160 on May 1 for oral sex when Toney delivered the girl to Miskovsky's home.

The girl admitted to the sex acts with Miskovsky during police interviews, according to the report. Police were tipped off when the girl's father filed a police report. The girl said she was never given any of the money.

Oklahoma County District Attorney Wes Lane said Toney, 33, is charged with pandering for arranging the meetings for sex and accepting money from Miskovsky. He said the girl testified against her relative in January during a preliminary hearing.

Miskovsky's attorney, Carl Hughes, said he doesn't understand why investigators waited nearly a year to take action against his client.

"He's not guilty, and we will defend this case vigorously, Hughes said. "I'm not going to get into specifics.
