A woman robbed a northwest Oklahoma City bank Monday afternoon, the FBI reported.
About 1:05 p.m., a woman walked into the Bank of America, 5613 N May Ave., and showed a note demanding money and indicating she had a gun. The teller gave the woman an undisclosed amount of money, the FBI reported. No weapon was seen during the incident and no one was injured.
The robber was last seen driving southbound on May Avenue in a silver Dodge Charger with large custom rims and low-profile tires, the FBI reported.
The robber was described as a white woman in her 50s, with waist-length black hair, about 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall and of heavy build, the FBI reported.
The FBI and Oklahoma City police are investigating the robbery.
Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 290-7770. Callers may remain anonymous. The Oklahoma Bankers Association offers a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robber.
