Edmond man makes food fun with new invention
EDMOND — A local inventor wants to put a new spin on eating healthy.
Lee Bayless , of Edmond, created Veggie Bots , which turns vegetables like carrots, celery, cucumbers and radishes into building blocks. His invention has been patented but is not yet available to the public.
