Kingfisher Mayor Jack Stuteville will face two other candidates in a recall vote during Tuesday's election.

That election is one of several scheduled Tuesday throughout the Oklahoma City metro area.

A group of Kingfisher residents, upset with the firing of Kingfisher Fire Chief Randy Poindexter, filed a recall petition against Stuteville in October.

Stuteville's name will appear on Tuesday's ballot along with challengers Steve Richards and Dawn Terrell.

Voters statewide will see a number of school board and bond issues on ballots. In Oklahoma City, Ron Millican, the current District 7 school board member, faces Wilfredo Santos-Rivera, who formerly held the seat. Millican, a former assistant superintendent in the Midwest City-Del City School District, defeated Santos-Rivera for the seat four years ago.

Board member Ruth Veales is running unopposed for the district's other open seat.

Voters in the Midwest City-Del City School District will consider two bond issues. The first, a $10 million bond package, would fund security improvements at sites around the district. District officials hope to place security vestibules, electronic access controls and security cameras at most schools.
