Lincoln County quake felt as far away as Norman, Tulsa

SPARKS — A magnitude 4.4 earthquake hit Lincoln County this afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey .

The earthquake hit about six miles southwest of Sparks about 4:22 p.m., the survey said. Sparks is between Chandler and Meeker.

A Lincoln County 911 dispatcher said no injuries and only minor property damage were reported.
