The Logan County sheriff's office is asking for the public's help in tracking down a convicted sex offender who is on the run.

Cedric Baker, 43, was convicted in 2004 of three counts of rape by instrumentation and three counts of lewd acts with a minor. He was required to register for life as a sex offender.

Baker was convicted of failing to register as a sex offender in 2009, and was released in 2013, department officials said. He met with a parole officer, but didn't register as a sex offender.

Department officials said they had tracked Baker to two addresses in Oklahoma City, one near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Memorial Road and the other near NW 122 and May Avenue.

Anyone with information about Baker should call the Logan County sheriff's office at (405) 282-4100.
