Oklahoma City Thunder waives John Lucas

The Thunder has waived former Oklahoma State guard John Lucas.

Lucas averaged 5.0 points and 2.7 assists in three preseason games, but has been inactive for all three regular-season games this season.

The Oklahoma City Thunder has waived former Oklahoma State guard John Lucas III, general manager Sam Presti announced Monday morning.

Lucas averaged 5.0 points and 2.7 assists in three preseason games but was inactive for all three regular-season games.
