Oklahoma voters will decide whether to remove the governor from the parole process for nonviolent offenders.

The state House passed a measure Tuesday that most likely places the issue on the November ballot. Senate Joint Resolution 25 passed 81-7; the measure passed the Senate unanimously last year.
