Report on Will Rogers Turnpike fatal pileup cites driver inattention

MIAMI, OK — The driver of a tractor-trailer whose inattention allegedly caused a chain-reaction accident that killed 10 people on the Will Rogers Turnpike asked a trooper shortly after the June crash if he had hit someone.

Later, while still at the scene, truck driver Donald Creed told the trooper that "vehicles had driven underneath him while he was parked.”
