For Oklahoma State, there’s suddenly something about two-run, ninth-inning leads against TCU. Something no good. The Horned Frogs rallied to beat the Cowboys 8-4 at the Big 12 Tournament Thursday night, scoring six runs in the ninth inning at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

Last summer, before he had even played a college game, Marcus Smart fueled his U18 USA team to the Gold at the FIBA Americas Championship, starting at point guard and leading the tournament in steals. Now, the Oklahoma State star sophomore is back, pledging to help his country’s hoops community again by accepting an invitation to the U19 Training Camp in Colorado Springs next month.

Big 12 baseball tournament pushed back a day

Due to the devastating tornado that ripped through Moore, the Big 12 Tournament has been pushed back a day. Originally scheduled to start on Wednesday, it will now begin Thursday morning, with the format of the tournament shifting from double-elimination to pool play.
