A pair of speeding tickets might've slowed down Brad Bustle and his buddies.

Sure didn't stop them.
The Louisiana-Lafayette football players were determined to get to Oklahoma City. They'd seen every game the softball team has played in the NCAA Tournament, first at the regional at LSU, then at the super regional at Houston.
They weren't about to miss the Women's College World Series.
The group had its genesis in Bustle, who is dating Lafayette shortstop Brooke Brodhead. He started inviting friends to go to games with him. Fellow linemen Jordan Folse and Matt Autrey. Quarterback Brad McGuire. Safety Derik Keyes. Equipment manager Cody Junot.
They clap and cheer every bit as much as Bustle does.
Now, about those speeding tickets.
"Two cars, two tickets,” Bustle said. "Same cop.”
Bustle's car left Lafayette first, and after getting his ticket, he called and warned the second car, which was about 30 minutes behind.
Didn't matter.
"He pulled me over for 75 in a 70,” McGuire said.
Those speeding tickets hit their wallets, not their spirits.
