Tulsa man charged in death of toddler
TULSA — A Tulsa man is being held without bail today in connection with the death of his girlfriend's 20-month-old son, said Leland Ashley , Tulsa Police Department spokesman.
Larry Neeley , 35, was arrested Tuesday on a first-degree murder complaint in the death of Jason Hall .
