Tulsa postal closure defies customer survey results
TULSA — It appears the U.S. Postal Service will close the Whittier Station post office despite a survey indicating the vast majority of survey respondents oppose its closing.
The survey was distributed to the station’s 700 delivery customers.
Officials received 156 responses. Of those respondents, 115 opposed the closure while 17 favored it and 32 expressed no opinion.
