NORMAN — Surveillance footage at a business captured the images of two people suspected in the burglary of Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops' home.
In a statement, Norman police said the pair tried to use a stolen credit card that was taken during the burglary.
Norman police are asking the public for help in identifying the individuals caught using the stolen card.
Stoops' home was burglarized early Wednesday while the family slept, police said. Stoops and several University of Oklahoma football players were in Wichita, Kan., Wednesday evening for an appearance at an OU Club of Wichita event.
A vehicle and other smaller items were stolen from the residence, Norman police Lt. Eric Lehenbauer said.
The burglary was reported about 8:30 a.m., but it is thought to have occurred between 3:30 and 4:10 a.m., Lehenbauer said.
No one was hurt during the home invasion, Lehenbauer said.
Police did not release the names of who was home at the time of the burglary.
Norman police ask those with information on the identity of the two people on camera to call 321-1444.
